Professional history includes overseeing distribution partnerships on behalf of Coors Brewing Co., MillerCoors and Heineken USA. Maintaining an understanding of markets via competitive insights to successfully penetrate new accounts and manage categories. Throughout his career he achieved ongoing recognition for business development, strategic account management, and team leadership skills. Introduced aggressive sales strategies with enhanced marketing programs with distributors, and retailers. Through aggressive business planning practices that include annual, monthly, weekly, and daily plans. These plans identified objectives, strategies and tactics that helped drive consistent market share growth year over year.


Most recently John has become a Business Broker with First Choice Business Brokers in Columbus, OH. In addition to being a Certified FocalPoint Business Coach and a Certified Barrett Group Clarity Coach. His previous experiences as a Coach and Mentor in addition to being a small business owner himself have positioned him to help businesses and people achieve their long- and short-term goals. John has extensive experience managing many functions of business throughout the United States.
